However, in the rare instance that something should happen to your frame and existing lenses (scratches, breakage, or loss during shipping) we cannot be held responsible. In an effort to provide timely, accurate service and maintain the deeply discounted prices that we offer, your prescription orders are immediately forwarded to our lab for processing upon completion of your purchase.
