All design Logos appearing on this site (site materials) are the exclusive property of eyeglassdirect.com and operated by a New York State licensed Optician. eyeglassdirect.com owns all interest right and title in the Logos, including but not limited to, trademark copyright, trade dress, service mark, moral rights, rights under any statutory protection of fine arts, and otherwise, as applicable.
All information posted on eyeglassdirect.com such as statements, diagrams, signs, button icons, images, audio document segments, digital downloads, data edits and software are the sole property of our Company.
All eyeglassdirect.com members have the right to upload photos and videos while placing a review. You are solely responsible for each individual item ("Item") of Content that you post, email or make available via the Service.

We cannot and do not represent or warrant that the site or its server(s) is (are) free of viruses or other harmful components, including content that is posted by third parties. Prior to shipping, each pair of eyeglasses is thoroughly inspected by a licensed optician to verify the prescription and to ensure proper alignment of the frame. In addition, all glasses are packaged in a stylish hard case, with a microfiber cleaning cloth for maximum protection.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the style or fit of our product, we offer a 30-day unconditional exchange web orders only policy.
No exchanges or refunds on custom orders. Custom order is define as any frame and/or lens option that is not listed on our site.

Eyeglassdirect warrants our eyewear against defects in material and craftsmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Scratched lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.
If the eyewear are returned within the warranty period, and Eyeglassdirect finds that the breakage was due to a defect in material or craftsmanship, the eyewear will be repaired or replaced at our discretion and returned to the sender. In the event that the damage is not due to a defect in material or craftsmanship additional repair charges may apply. In this event, you will receive notification of additional charges either through e-mail or a telephone call.
If you decide to use our website, you are responsible for safekeeping of your account information and password and restricting the entry to your computer and you also approve to respond all the activities with your account and password. We do not sell products to children. If you have not reached the age of 18, you are not allowed to perform any transactions on our website unless under the supervision of your parents or guardians and within the scope of relevant international laws.

By placing and verifying your order, you agree that the prescription that you have ordered to be true and accurate. It is your responsibility to correctly input your prescriptions and Eyeglassdirect.com bares no responsibility for any errors made. Eyeglassdirect.com is not responsible for any errors or changes in your prescription prescribed by your optometrist or opthalmologist. To the best of our ability, Eyeglassdirect.com will attempt to accomdate user made errors, but will make no guarantee of such.
Eyeglassdirect uses both United States Parcel Service (USPS) and United Parcel Services (UPS) as our shipping partners. Upon shipment an e-mail will be sent to you containing the tracking number. You can track the progress of your package anytime at www.usps.com or www.ups.com. All shipping time provided is only an estimate and transit time may differ during peak season. Prior to shipment your eye wear is examined by a licensed optician and properly packaged. Eyeglassdirect is not responsible for lost or damage package during transit. Eyeglassdirect will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such.
Eyeglassdirect uses the United State Postal Service as our sole international shipping partner. Upon shipment a e-mail will be sent to you containing the tracking number. You can track the progress of your package anytime at www.usps.com or using your local carrier tracking once your package has entered your country if the feature is supported. All shipping time provided is only an estimate and transit time may differ during peak season. Prior to shipment your eye wear is examined by a licensed optician and properly packaged.
International package are insured for 50% of their value. Eyeglassdirect is not responsible for lost or damage package during transit. Eyeglassdirect will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict ahead of time of what they may be. Any additional charges that may arise after reaching the destination country is your responsibility, and Eyeglassdirect is not responsible for any. For more information about import duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office. will to the best of our ability attempt to resolve any issues that may arise during transit, but make no guarantee of such.
All Shipping time provided are an estimate and does not constitue as actual time, please use this only as a reference. Additional lens option may increase shipping time. If there are any delays or options that will increase shipping time, Eyeglassdirect will in our best attempt notify you.
When orders are packaged and shipping labels are created, you will recieve 2 e-mail confirmations. This does not indicate that USPS has possession of the package. In most cases, orders packaged and marked as shipped before 4PM Monday-Friday will be in USPS possession before the end-of-day. Any packages marked as shipped after 4PM will be handed over to USPS the next workday. Any packages marked as shipped after 4PM on Friday and over the weekends will be handed over to USPS the following workday.
There may be additional charges for Curved Lenses depending on the RX that is required. Eyeglassdirect will notify you of any additional charges before processing your order.
|Your Own Frames
All shipping and packaging of your frame and lenses to Eyeglassdirect is your sole responsbility and Eyeglassdirect bares no responsbility for damaged or loss packages destined for Eyeglassdirect. You will be notified immediately if a problem should ever arise.
In an effort to provide timely, accurate service and maintain the deeply discounted prices that we offer, your prescription orders are immediately forwarded to our lab for processing upon completion of your purchase. As such, once your prescription has been ground into the lenses, these orders cannot be cancelled.
When sending in your frames and lenses please include a copy of the invoice in your package. Eyeglassdirect is not responsible for any lost cases, cloths, and lenses associated with your package to us. Eyeglassdirect will in our best attempt return you the items, but makes no such guarantee.
Any repair order completed by Eyeglassdirect will be shipped with our own case and cleaning cloth to ensure the repaired frame arrives undamaged.
Eyeglassdirect is not responsible for breakage or damage during the lenses mounting process.
